Identification data, used for sending commercial and operational communications, will be retained for a period of 3 years from their collection or the user's last contact with Champagne Henriot. Before the expiration of this period, Champagne Henriot may contact the user to determine if they agree to continue receiving communications from Champagne Henriot. At the end of the 3-year period, Champagne Henriot will delete the user's Data. The Data will be destroyed within a maximum period of one (1) month from the user's unsubscribe request.
